What counts as an “edit” in my monthly hours?
Included: content and copy changes, swapping images, adding pages or blog posts, plugin configuration, small CSS/layout tweaks, and troubleshooting. Not included: new feature builds, custom plugin or block development, full redesigns, or migrations — those are quoted separately as project work.
Do unused hours roll over?
No — hours reset each month so we can keep capacity reserved for you. If you have a bigger month coming up, tell us ahead of time and we’ll plan around it.
What if my site goes down?
Monitoring alerts us, often before you notice. Response time depends on your plan — same-day on Managed. Because the same person maintaining your site also understands how it’s built, fixes are fast and don’t get lost in a queue.
